OUR LEADERSHIP TEAM
Our Steering Committee is comprised of a team of very talented, experienced and faithful servants of the Lord. We all have a deep knowledge and recognition that the origins of our Christian Faith are deeply rooted in the Old Testament. We all have been to Israel on numerous occasions and understand the Life-Changing nature of studying God’s Word in His Land and among His Chosen People . . . because we all have experienced that Transformation.
CARL AND VICKIE KUSCH
School Directors
Carl and Vickie have been married for 38 years, have three children and ten grandchildren. They are members of Riverside Community Church, Bulverde, TX.
During their first tour in Israel in 2008, the Holy Spirit reminded Carl that Jesus (Yeshua) was a “full fledged” rabbi teaching exclusively from the Old Testament since the New Testament had not yet been written . . . Jesus was actually living out the New Testament. That epiphany was life-changing.
They are currently in Jerusalem where Carl is studying for his Master of Arts Degree in Biblical Studies at Jerusalem University College. It is Carl and Vickie’s passion to share their knowledge and love of Jesus Christ and the Land of Israel with young people who are just starting their adult lives. The impact these young adults will have on their future families and the people around them is incalculable, known only to God Himself.
PASTOR SCOTT AND CATHI HEARE

Pastor Scott attended Concordia Lutheran University, in Austin, Texas. There he had a profound experience with Jesus and felt called into the last job he would ever want.
His first position was in Garland, Texas where he become a Youth
Pastor. While there he attended Perkins School of Theology and received a Master’s in Divinity.
From Garland he and Cathi moved to England for a year to serve the British Methodist Church. Then it was back to Texas to serve Alamo Heights UMC in San Antonio.
Eventually God lead him to The Riverside Community Church. Scott and Cathi have four beautiful children and they can't wait to interact with and guide the students of Migdal Oz.
PASTOR CHAD AND REBECCA HOLLAND

Chad and Rebecca, along with their 3 children, became citizens of Israel in July of 2014. Pastor Chad was the Senior Leader of Brit Hadasha Messianic Jewish Synagogue in Memphis, prior to their move. Chad began in full time ministry in 1999 in Gaithersburg, MD. The Holland family enjoys being involved in discipleship, small groups, marriage counseling, hospitality and leadership training. Rebecca is an amazing chef, musician and artist. They both enjoy being outdoors and exercising. To make Chad smile, mention baseball. To make Rebecca smile mention her children or making anything homemade.
